2. Visiting the website

When you visit the website, our server processes server log data such as your IP address in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. Without this data, the website cannot be displayed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is delivering the website and keeping it secure. The recipient is our hosting provider, acting as a processor. The data is deleted after seven days.

3. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The recipient is our email provider, acting as a processor. This may involve a transfer to the USA, based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Language cookie

If you explicitly choose a language, we store this choice in a cookie for one year. It contains only the language code and is strictly necessary for the service you have requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–18 and 20 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). To exercise them, contact info@tamaro.ai.

6. Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to info@tamaro.ai is sufficient.
